John Lindsey is a 7 Time World Championship Steak Qualifier and MULTI TIME BBQ & Grilling Grand Champion. He is the 2022 Arkansas National Steak Points Champion. John is a regular on the popular TV show Bama-Q TV "The Steakout" and has just finished shooting with THE COUNTRY NETWORK for the upcoming new show, BARBEQUE COUNTRY. He is a sought-after grilling instructor, teacher, talk show personality, and is the co-host of the popular Facebook cooking talk shows, Arkassippi Smoke Live

& the SCA Ribeye Roundup.

Brent Howard is a Nationally ranked steak and appetizer

competitor and a 2 time World Champion Steak Qualifier. He is the 2022 Arkansas State Steak Points Champion. Brent's skills range from BBQ to all different types of LIVE FIRE cooking techniques. In 2022, Brent elevated himself in the competitive food sport ranks as he toured the competition trail cooking in a plethora of steak and appetizer events across the nation, finishing in the Top 15 in the nation in steak and Top 10 in the nation in appetizer.
